These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Misfit AI, operated by JPrice Media LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms.
Misfit AI provides software tools for lead follow-up, SMS automation, appointment booking, and customer communication workflows. You agree to use the platform only for lawful business purposes.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to use Misfit AI in compliance with all applicable laws and messaging regulations, including TCPA, CTIA guidelines, and carrier requirements.
Misfit AI includes tools to assist with opt-out handling, suppression, and consent-based messaging, but you are ultimately responsible for how you use the platform.
In some cases, Misfit AI may provide temporary managed messaging while your own messaging infrastructure (such as your Twilio account) is being configured and approved. You agree that such usage will still follow all consent and compliance requirements.
Misfit AI is a subscription-based service. By starting a trial or subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
We strive to keep the platform available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Misfit AI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
